The foundation for the family business was laid in 1986: Helmut Dennig, Dipl.-Ing., founded the first company with two employees, operating in the field of occupational health, safety, and environmental protection.
Over the next 40 years, the company became a market leader with 24 companies in 23 countries worldwide; today, it is complemented by diverse holdings in companies in the fields of mechanical and plant engineering, laboratory equipment, and interior design.
The success behind it has always been the great power and strength of a family business, with a sense for human cooperation. We have always focused our actions on stabilizing jobs as well as the further development of our companies – and their employees.
When a company remains family-owned, it also has the advantage that valuable knowledge is not lost but can be passed on to the next generation in a meaningful way. That is why, for us, the tried and tested always enters into a symbiosis with the new.
